Using Faktor's Ticket System

Welcome to Faktor's ticket system!

This platform serves to keep clients informed of what we're working on and the status of their projects. 

Clients can submit a new ticket by selecting + New Ticket at the top right of their screen and filling out the form. After submission, Faktor will review the request and ongoing communication will be handled in the ticket. Updates can be viewed in this platform and via email. You can also submit a ticket simply by emailing support@faktorsports.com.



Files related to the ticket (parameters, drafts, etc.) will live in Faktor's SharePoint. The link to our SharePoint, as well as to individual files, will be in the ticket. If you already have access to your folder in our SharePoint, please upload related files and include their links in the ticket.

Should your request change after submitting an initial ticket, we ask that you submit the updated parameters in a new ticket so we can keep the status and completion target accurate.

You can see all of your tickets and their current statuses by selecting Tickets at the top-left of your screen. Here you can also click into any ticket to see or provide updates.
